Thank you for your message and I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet.
Your order was dispatched from our UK warehouse on 10/12/2018 via Whistl, our courier service.
Our expected delivery is 3-6 working days so we would have expected it to have arrived by now.
Due to the length of time that has passed, we can offer one of two solutions.
If you would still like to receive this order, we can dispatch a free of charge replacement order.
If you prefer us to send you a replacement order, can I please ask if you could confirm the delivery address for the replacement order for us to process this for you.
However, due to the length of time that has passed, we would understand if you would prefer to be issued with a refund?
Please let us know how you would like us to proceed and I apologise for any disappointment this may have caused.
