When something like this happens, I'd normally send out a replacement order. I've checked your order and see it was placed with SOUTHWEST MEDIA, a seller on our website. As much as I'd want to provide you a prompt replacement, we unfortunately can't replace items sold by sellers that are Fulfilled by Amazon, as per policy, due to fluctuations in the seller's inventory.

No to powiem wam że amazon wie jak odpisywać na takie rzeczy
Teraz tak czy dobrze zrozumiałem. Moge zachować te filmy a oni mi zwrócą 13$? Ale nie rozumiem o co im chodzi z nowym zamówieniem? Mam znaleść ten sam przedmiot od amazona a oni sprzedadzą mi go za tą samą cene czy jak tzn że nic nie bedę musiał płacić? I to zamiast tych 13$? Mi nie zależy na zwrocie pieniędzy tylko na tym przedmiocie który zamówiłem (wanted).Chciałem sprawdzić po ile ma amazon to wydanie i wychodzi ze za 25$... Ale dodałem do tego koszyka... Patrzę a tu niespodzianka
